Introduction
PainYoga is a simple yet powerful yoga style designed to strengthen the connection between the body and mind. In just 30 minutes, you can learn and understand PainYoga through these few lines. Over the course of 30 years, PainYoga has grown within me and helped me embrace my pain, leading to personal growth and a renewed zest for life. With PainYoga, you don't need a physical teacher because your best teacher is already within you - your Shadow-self. Your Shadow-self has already saved your life a thousand times and brought you to where you are today. PainYoga is based on techniques that are grounded in life itself, and life will support you 24/7 in your physical and mental pain. The human body is a vehicle for bringing ideas to life, and PainYoga complements my bigger project, PerfectDigital.ch. This introduction to PainYoga covers important concepts of the human body and describes powerful techniques to bring you back to life, help you appreciate pain as a side effect of growth, and find fulfillment in the never-ending companionship with your Shadow-self.
As you continue with PainYoga, you will create and adapt your own individual style, evolving with it and possibly even sharing your experiences with others. Consider this as a starting point, and therefore, this knowledge is freely available to you. However, you may choose to spend a few dollars on advertising to help spread this basic version of PainYoga.

The Body/Mind-Connection
The body-mind connection is the most crucial aspect of our life experience. It is the mechanism by which we gather knowledge with our mind and resonate it with our body, ultimately storing it in the spine as understanding. Think of your spine as an extension of your brain, with both organs sharing the same liquid. Therefore, the spinal cord is where you must work out your pain to gain the missing understanding in your life. From misunderstanding to understanding is a process, but sometimes, we need to let go of things that are built on a wrong foundation, as they can cause physical or mental pain throughout our being on multiple levels of density, ranging from heavy physical pain to subtle mental pain resonating in our body or mind.
The Shadow-self
Each of us possesses a shadow, and it is likely that every living being has one. The shadow represents what is missing in our lives or what we avoid, leading to pain on various levels and density within or around us. However, it is not the shadow that causes pain; rather, it is our resistance to the shadow that results in all the pain we experience. This resistance can even escalate to social or global pain. We cannot live without our shadow, which is why we must integrate it and all the pain it causes within ourselves. Though the idea of shadow may seem frightening and cause anxiety, it is, in fact, a significant part of ourselves. By integrating our shadow, we become whole, fulfilled, and powerful to the point where we may even feel weak again, as unlimited power may feel like weakness.
the Halo activation
To activate your halo, you need to build up mental pressure. Try to focus your mind on lifting an imaginary object, such as a mental image of a tree or water. This will create pressure within your energy system and open up the upper region. Be cautious not to strain your brain too much, as this may lead to headaches. It's best to avoid taking medicine and instead drink water to replenish your system. Keep in mind that reaching unlimited power at the top of your head may feel weak again, and the "doors" will close until the next time you need another mental lift. You may find it helpful to practice PainYoga around other people to build your mental strength and feel more comfortable.
